Behind that idea is more than 25 years of hands-on telecom experience across multiple international markets. Founder and CEO Dheeraj Mehrotra has spent his career with leading technology and services companies — including Viavi, UTStarcom, and GTL (Motorola) — delivering solutions to major operators such as Airtel (India and Africa), Vodafone Idea, BSNL, and Telkom SA. That's not theory about how telecom works — it's decades spent inside the networks, tools, and operational realities that carriers actually run on.

This isn't a new direction for ARDMATRIX — it's what Dheeraj has been doing for years.
For a major operator, he developed a tool that monitored inbound roaming traffic in real time, automatically flagging any drop in data volume from an outroaming partner the moment it happened. Because roaming volume ties directly to revenue, catching those dips instantly turned a costly blind spot into an early-warning system.
More recently, that work has moved squarely into AI: building AIOps solutions that apply machine learning to performance and fault data — detecting anomalies before they escalate and forecasting issues before they occur, so operations shift from reactive to predictive.
